Help make a difference, become a Member

We offer several types of membership in the Great Northern Arts Society.

The Membership Categories:

General Membership

General Membership is open to all artists and members of the general public who have an interest in the Arts, are willing to actively promote the objects of the Society, and have paid the designated registration fee of $20.00 CDN.

Each General Membership carries one vote at our AGM and each General Member will be entitled to free admission to the Festival Gallery.

Family Memberships

Family Membership is open to all artists and members of the general public who have an interest in the Arts, are willing to actively promote the objects of the Society, and have paid the designated registration fee of $50.00 CDN for up to four family members ($10.00 CND added for each additional family member).

Each Family Membership carries a maximum of four votes, one vote for each member of the family over 18 years of age.

Each Family Membership provides four passes to the Festival Gallery (one for each designated family member). In all other aspects, a Family Membership receives the same benefits as a General Membership.

Friend of the Festival

The special category of membership entitled "Friend of the Festival" is open to all artists and members of the general public who have an interest in the Arts, are willing to actively promote the objects of the Society, and who wish to provide additional financial support to the Great Northern Arts Society. This membership requires a minimum contribution of $100.00 CDN.

As a "Friend of the Festival" will receive special recognition in each years printed program, as well as any benefits accorded to General Members. A "Friend of the Festival" membership carries one vote.

Corporate Membership

Corporate Memberships are open to businesses and corporations that are willing to actively promote the objects of the Society, and have paid the designated registration fee of $250.00 CDN. Corporate memberships are non-voting. Each Corporate Membership provides two passes to the Festival Gallery. In all other aspects a Corporate Membership receives the same benefits as a General Membership.
