Margaret Vitterkwa is offering beaded Stroud and felt Christmas Ornaments. Choose from a selection of pre-cut shapes; stars, ovals, flowers, and circles. Margaret will give you the option of using her unique Gwich'in flower patterns or you can use your own. Come out and enjoy the day with Gwich'in Elder Margaret Vittrekwa. Or Drop in at her little shop with the big sign in Fort MacPherson, NT.

Our workshop Schedule for 2012 is complete, and all are available for online registration!  Sign up soon to avoid dissapointment!

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THURSDAY JULY 12TH, 2012.  We will resume registration onsite on Friday July 13th at 5pm, onsite at the Midnight Sun Complex.  If a workshop is full online, don't fret!  We have reserved spaces for walk up registration.  Make sure to visit us early to get a spot in your desired workshop!

We feature over 65 workshops for the public over the course of the Festival.  These are offered by our attending artists and run 2-8 hours in length.  They cover a variety of subjects, styles and artforms and range from formal visual arts to literary and traditional performing arts.

Workshops are extremely popular and are a strong drawing point for both local and travelling visitors to the Festival.  Workshops are available for online registration; but book early, as many fill up quickly. Limited spots held for on-site walkup bookings.
